APPLICATION PROCEDURE :
The candidates
should enclose photocopies of the following
certificates duly attested by the competent
authority along with the application :
i) Transfer certificate from the institution
last studied. ii) Conduct certificate from
the head of the institution last studied.
iii) Mark sheets of X Std., XII Std., or
their equivalent along with the first
improvement scheme mark sheet, if any.
iv) Community certificate (a certificate issued
by an officer not lower than the rank or a
Deputy Tahsildar of Revenue Department).
v)
For the Scheduled Tribe applicants, the
community certificate issued by the RDO or
the Sub-Collector of the Revenue Department
concerned only with be accepted. vi)
Residence certificate/Nativity certificate
issued by an officer not lower than the rank
of a Deputy Tahsildar of the Revenue
Department. vii) If there is any
change in the name or initial of the
applicants, from those mentioned in the
certificates, then the copy of the
Government Gazette notification confirming
the change must be submitted. vii)
Certificate in sports/guides/NSS/NCC/extra-curricular
activities, if any. ix) Medical fitness
certificate. x) If the name of the religion
of the candidate mentioned now is different
from the one mentioned in the certificates,
then the attested copies of the records and
the Government Gazetted notification
confirming the above change must be
submitted. xi) A self-addressed envelope
(long size) affixing stamp for Rs.10/-.
xii) A self-addressed postcard for
acknowledgement. |
