Indira Educational & Charitable Trust was established half a decade ago and the deed of the trust was executed at Chennai on the 13th of March 2002. The founder of the trust is Mr.V.G. Rajendran, a philanthropist and social activist who has been in the field of promoting real-estate projects in the city of Chennai.  Realizing the need for immediate action, decided to establish a world class educational conglomerate at Thiruvallur district.
